At Beauwood, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition — unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please retain your proof of purchase.

Please note: items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at beauwooduk@outlook.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

- Opened or used candles

- Used aromatherapy oils or diffusers

- Used body care products

- Personalised or custom-made items

- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at beauwooduk@outlook.com.
